Registration & Refunds:
Registering to play in a Ultra Coed Sports (UCS) or affiliate league or event encompass the following terms, conditions & policies. UCS does not issue refunds except in the case where the season in question does not run. Seasons may be abbreviated due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control & may not include a refund or credit. Please do not register if you feel there is a chance that your personal circumstances may change. Things to think about; job loss, schedule change, moving, divorce, just got notice that you're invited to appear on America's Got Talent, so on and so forth.
Additionally we generally do not allow player swap outs once the season starts. Registrations are for the individual who registers. We reserve the right to check identification to verify a member is who they say they are and to ensure you are at least 21 years of age.
Teams Players & Conduct:
UCS is a social organization and may add players to your team to balance out the league. UCS has the final say in all team's makeup and size. We do our best to balance out teams taking into consideration your concerns. Teams generally consist of at least 18 players and usually have a minimum of 7 females. UCS reserves the right to move players to other teams or remove them from the league entirely without refund at any time. Policy violations include, unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment (including online via social media), dangerous behavior at the fields, sponsor bar or events. Participants are always expected to act in a mature and respectable manor towards others. Players & their guests are required to follow the local City/Facility rules, laws & regulations.
Game Schedules:
Rainouts and other unforeseen circumstances may occur & cause us to postpone or cancel games. We work with the parks department to makeup those games but sometimes that is not possible. UCS is not obligated to offer refunds partial or whole or credits due to game cancellations, abbreviated seasons, or location changes.
Medical Issues:
By registering you are agreeing to play at your own risk. Players with pre-existing conditions or ones that occur during the season both on and off the field require individual discretion as to whether continuing to participate in the season is safe. Pregnant women and individuals with a concussion are not allowed to participate. The league will remove you as an active player. In the case of concussion, we may require a note from your Doctor. stating it is safe to return to play.
COVID-19:
We will regularly assess developments related to COVID-19 guidelines via the CDC, State and Local government and how they may affect our operations. Individuals should not join or attend our events if you are in the medical high-risk group as outlined by the CDC. The league reserves the right to refuse admittance to the fields for anyone who shows signs of COVID-19.
